Yes, they are people like us though they are conditioned to be loyal to Mayfield and to those in power. To undermine the law is an unforgivable crime and those that are against the law are dealt with appropriately. However, this does not mean that those that enforce the law do the same. We must be vigilant lest we meet the same fate as the drones.
